Q: When do you deliver the goods?
A: In normal, we will ship the parcel within 25-35 days,
we have a very complicated outbound process to ensure product quality and product packaging.
The higher the product sales, the faster our shipment.
Q: Under what circumstances will you refund me?
A: If you received the parcel but it has the problems as following, Please contact us and we will refund: Quality Problem, Color Difference, Transport Damage.
Q: If I didn’t receive the package, what would you do?
A: If you have not received:
1.When parcels can be tracked on the logistics website,
please be patient before the package arrives.
2.If the logistics information shows that the package was returned/lost/wrong delivery address,
please contact us, we will give you a refund.
Q: How Will you refund me? Can I get a cash refund?
A: You will get your refund amount into the E-Wallet on our store, that you can purchase any other product with the same amount.
You cannot get cash refunds or any cash transaction.
Q: Why the color of the actual product received is different from the picture?
A: This is because the colors displayed on different monitors are slightly different, please on the basis of actually receiving.
